100% From scratch quest compatible! Decided to not set it up for FBT cuz its a side to side swimmer and that would probably look weird. Has shapekeys for adjusting the size of the base and to toggle off the back fin. Just know if you toggle off the back fin you'll wanna disable the physbone for it.
